Established on August 18, 1999, Guotai Junan Securities Co.,Ltd.(GTJA) was formed after the merger of former Guotai Securities Co.,Ltd. and Junan Secruities Co.,Ltd. by way of consolidation and share capital expansion. Now it has registered capital of RMB 4.7 billion and net capital of nearly RMB 15 billion. Its business performance has ranked No. 1 in the sector for many years. From 2004, GTJA has been awarded No. 1 in World Brand Lab--China's securities company brand value for five years in a row.
