截至2009年6月,招商銀行信用卡發(fā)卡已突破2800萬,在國內(nèi)國際標準信用卡市場上居領先地位,僅2009年上半年度的消費金額就已達1344億元,市場占有率傲視同業(yè)。招商銀行信用卡被業(yè)內(nèi)專家譽為國際信用卡發(fā)展史上的一個奇跡,日前已被哈佛大學商學院編寫成MBA教學案例。
