招聘職位: 售前工程師—北京 Support Engineer
- Assist the business development manager or the
regional sales manager in recruiting and supporting
the new channels
- Assist the business development manager or the
regional sales manager in identifying the opportunities
for new business segment and provide meaningful solutions
and proposals to the customers to accelerate the closing
of the deal
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by
responding with answers to technical questions or
referring issues to other more technical or more experienced
support partners.
- Ability to response to tenders, construct and conduct
the sales training, make product demonstration and
presentations successfully and independently
- Writing successful case, application note as well
as solution note
- Proof reading translated technical material
- Maintain and expand working knowledge of current
and pre-released Mitel products and solutions, as
well as their integration and methods of support delivery
, assist in the field trial when necessary
- Providing technical support to Mitel/TMTC’s dealers
for the existing range of Mitel products. This applies
to all aspects of the delivered product and involves
providing telephone support, remote access, lab investigation
and customer site visits.
- Efficiently managing the problem escalation and
resolution process from dealers throughout the country
by agreeing problem priorities as per defined criteria
and ensuring that issues are progressed and addressed
in accordance with Mitel/TMTC processes and time scales
- Solid report to the Regional Sales Manager and
Dotted report to the Technical Support Manager.
The successful candidate should have
- Minimum three years experience working as presales
support in telecom/IT industry
- Excellent organization, communication, presentation,
project management, negotiation and problem solving
skills.
- The ability to analyze and determine the most effective
method of problem resolution by utilizing applicable
resources when needed
- Extensive knowledge in telecom, enriched LAN/WAN
knowledge is a solid plus
- System integration working experience is an advantage
- Having good technical knowledge about Internet,
Server, VoIP as well as voice telephony
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Telecom, Electronics,
Computer Science) or equivalent
- Enthusiastic and result oriented
- Willing to travel
