Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Beijing
Job Responsibilities:
- Control sales, support and marketing activities of the various
accounts assigned to a specific territory to ensure maximum
customer satisfaction.
- Co-ordinate sales support functions with the Business Technologist
to ensure customers have clear understanding of products and
service being provided.
- On a monthly basis, solicit and provide input on competitors’
product, pricing, promotions.
- Coordinate with Regional GM to meet with Sales Target
- Build up and maintain good relationship with Channel Partners,
coordinate the complementation of Projects
Job Requirements:
- BS degree major in Computer Science or Business Management,
familiar with current concepts and technologies in Contact Center
technology
- Logic thinking and professional with good understanding of
business
- Hard working, willing and able to travel frequently at short
notice
- Self motivated, passionate with your work, teamwork spirit.
- Fluent in English
Specifications:
- 2+ years excellent sales experience in IT industry, good
Software or system integration selling record, preferably to
Finance/Telecom/Government industries
- Established Customer relationship and understanding industry
knowledge/background
- Able to work independently when required and in a team environment,
self motivated to achieve set objectives
- Knowledge of Contact Center Solution is an added advantage

崗位職責(zé):
- 負(fù)責(zé)針對(duì)區(qū)域及行業(yè)客戶完成確定的銷售任務(wù)
- 負(fù)責(zé)建立和維護(hù)與客戶/代理商的關(guān)系;
- 協(xié)助區(qū)域總經(jīng)理完成有關(guān)的銷售工作及業(yè)務(wù).
- 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的跟蹤執(zhí)行,實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售目標(biāo)
- 建立和維護(hù)合作伙伴/代理商體系,協(xié)調(diào)有關(guān)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施和配合
任職資格:
- 2年以上銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有良好的銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技巧;
- 熟悉call center等企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)者優(yōu)先;
- 積極熱情,工作敬業(yè),能承受一定的工作壓力;
- 溝通表達(dá)能力強(qiáng),人際溝通和項(xiàng)目分析能力,能適應(yīng)出差;
- 能熟練使用英文進(jìn)行溝通,適應(yīng)外企環(huán)境。
- 勇于接受挑戰(zhàn),富有工作熱情和責(zé)任心
